Events

The Events Lead and Social Events Committee organizes and executes our fun events like the Family Picnic and our End of Year Pool Party.  For more information on what events are coming up for the year, visit out Events Page.

Passive Revenue Generation

The Passive Revenue Genteration Coordinator organizes all Family Fun Nights and What’s for Lunch Wednesdays as well as signing up the PSO for other fundraising opportunities through shopping such as Amazon Smile and Kroger.  For more information, visit our Passive Revenue Generation page.

Used Uniform Sales

Our used uniform coordinators organize all used uniform donations. plan sales for 3-4 times a year and maintain the uniform inventory throughout the year.

Teacher Appreciation

Our Teacher Appreciation Lead and committee organize all efforts for teacher appreciation including a monthly luncheon, birthday celebrations, catered lunches during conferences, staff lounge snacks and Teacher Appreciation Week coordination and gifts.

New Family Events

Coordinator organizes our New Family Back to School Event during the summer to welcome all our new families.

Lunches

Our Lunch program is 100% run by volunteers.  The Lunch Lead oversees all operations of the lunch room, coordinates daily volunteers, snack bar coordinators and Treat Friday coordinators.  For more information visit our School Lunches Page.

Yearbook

The Yearbook committee oversees the entire yearbook production.  They take and organize all class and school event pictures.  They organize all page layouts and upload class pictures and names.

Care and Concern

The Care & Concern Committee provides assistance to families in need (coordinating meals, errands, etc.) We will also send flowers/balloons to students or staff who are ill or hospitalized. Other needs can be met on an as-needed basis.

Class Liaisons

Each class has a wonderful parent who volunteers to be a Class Liaison.  Our Class Liaison Coordinator provides training for the Class Liaisons, oversees liaison duties and acts as a resource as needed.  If you would like to be a Class Liaison, contact your student’s teacher at the beginning of the year or at Meet the Teacher.

Library

Our Library is 100% run by volunteers.  The Library Lead oversees all operations of the library, coordinates volunteers, and maintains the book catalog.  For more information visit our Library Page.
