Grab a Boba tea or smoothie from Rare Tea Chandler (2990 E Germann Rd Suite 3 Chandler AZ, 85286 near the Harkins at Chandler Crossroads) on Wednesday February 23rd from 12pm-5pm and help raise money for our school. 10% of your purchase will go to our school when you bring in a flyer or mention Archway Lincoln.
Reminder: Family Fun Night Tomorrow at Rubio’s!
Good evening Archway Lincoln families! Just a quick reminder that the next Archway Lincoln Family Fun Night is tomorrow, Monday, August 17th at Rubio’s on Germann/Gilbert (next to Harkins Theaters) from 2 p.m. to close. Since 1983, Rubio’s has served delicious fish tacos and fresh Mexican food for customers.

PSO Announcements: Meet the Teacher, Next Family Fun Night, and More…
Good morning Archway Lincoln families! There is a lot of info in this update, so please read all the way through.
Meet PSO at Meet the Teacher
Today is an exciting day…Meet the Teacher! We on the PSO Leadership team look forward to meeting all of the students and families this evening. To that end, Archway Lincoln PSO will have a table set up outside the MPR where you can:
- View the spirit items PSO is offering (water bottles, cups, mugs, t-shirts, lanyards, and totes) and pick up an order form
- The water bottles you saw at Parent Orientation will be available at school Monday evening. They’re $5 — cash or check accepted
- Ask any questions about PSO
- Put your name down to volunteer (if you haven’t already)
- Get info about our next Family Fun Night (more on that below)
The Lunches Team will also have tables set up where you can learn about the lunch program, get registration information, and taste yummy samples from some of our lunch partners, including:
- BBQ Innovations
- Wok Box
- Chik-fil-A

Kinder Parent Breakfast
Just a friendly reminder to all kindergarten parents to join together in the MPR on Tuesday morning (first day!) after drop-off for coffee, donuts, muffins, and juice…and to share your stories about your kindergartner’s first day. More info can be found here.
Next Family Fun Night
The next Family Fun Night will be Monday, August 17th at Rubio’s (next to the Harkins Theaters on Gilbert/Germann). You can view more info and download the flyer here. Note that the flyer must be presented at the register for Archway Lincoln to receive credit.
Hot Lunch Order Deadline
The deadline for ordering hot lunches for your children the week of August 17th is THIS Friday at 7 a.m. Check out the Lunches page for more details.
Get Ready for Family Fun Bahama Bucks-Style!
Join us for more family fun at Bahama Bucks in Chandler on Wednesday, July 15th from 5 – 8 p.m. If you’ve never been, Bahama Bucks offers shaved ice in a zillion different flavors. It is super-yummy and their location in the Fulton Ranch Shopping Center provides lots of space for mingling and having fun.

Remember, 15% of the proceeds from that night will benefit PSO, so be sure to mention Archway Lincoln or Lincoln Prep before you pay.

Lincoln’s First Family Fun Night a Success!
A huge “Thank You” to all the families that came out to Peter Piper Pizza on Friday, June 26th! Our event was a great success!
The kids had a great time playing in the arcade, and many of them found new friends to be on the lookout for when the school year starts.
We had an ice cream eating contest as well as a skee ball contest, both of which were well represented.
Great Chance for Parents to Connect
Many parents new to Great Hearts were able to speak with veteran parents about their questions, concerns, and curiosities. It was a fantastic gathering of both Prep and Archway parents and kids that left everyone feeling good about meeting new friends.
A Surprising Success!
The folks at Peter Piper congratulated our success. They were quite impressed with the turnout for a school that isn’t even built yet! All in all, the event earned PSO $251 which is a great start to our fundraising for the year.

The next Family Fun Night will be at Bahama Bucks in the Fulton Ranch Shopping Center on the corner of Ocotillo and Arizona in July. More information about that event will be sent out soon. We hope to see you there!
First Family Fun Night on Friday, June 26th
Join us at Peter Piper Pizza at Alma School and Queen Creek on Friday, June 26th from 5-9 p.m. for Archway Lincoln’s first Family Fun Night!
This is a great opportunity before school starts to meet other families who will be attending Archway Lincoln in the fall, and 15% of the proceeds that evening will benefit PSO!
