Re-Enrollment for the 23/24 School Year Begins on March 1st!!

An email will be going out on March 1st regarding Re-Enrollment for the 2023-24 school year from Great Hearts Enrollment Team. This year re-enrollment will be submitted electronically. Please be sure to verify or update your current address and upload your Proof of Residency when completing your enrollment packet. It is vital that we receive a complete Re-Enrollment Packet for every student in order to confirm next year’s enrollment. This helps us determine how many seats will be available for next year, and therefore how many new students we can admit.

You will receive a confirmation email once your Re-enrollment for the 2023-24 has been electronically submitted and all documentation has been uploaded and verified by our registrar. We are looking forward to seeing you for the 23/24 school year at Archway Lincoln!

For your convenience we have added the 23/24 Consumable/Field Trip Bundle as part of the re-enrollment process. The 23/24 Consumables will be available on the Parent Payment Portal beginning next week. Please purchase the corresponding grade level for the 23/24 school year and email a copy of receipt to Sarah Bluhm.

Our Annual Re-Enrollment Raffle will be held again this year for those families who complete re-enrollment before Spring Break – Wednesday, March 1st through Friday, March 10th before noon. If you complete your re-enrollment between these dates, your student’s name will be entered into a drawing! Winners will be announced in April. Good luck!
